Program Philosophy
Community Education has emerged as a new arena in CEF’s organizational structure after the successful excursion of Quran and Character Education. CEF envisages community education a very vital initiative in our endeavor of nation building on golden principles originated from religious, cultural and social values. The organization is certain that idea of nation building cannot reach at the fruitful end without instigating community education in our developmental ideology. Presently, CEF is piloting the community education program in some geographical units and this has boasted the confidence of the organization to scale up community education in whole of Pakistan. Community Education program revolves around the three core disciplines, i.e. education (formal and non-formal), health and hygiene and economic empowerment.
Program Significance
In CEF’s view, impact of Quran Education and Character Education can effectively be enhanced by the introduction of Community Education as a new full-fledged program in organizational mainstream. Community Education is diversified and multipronged program that has the potential to leave far-reaching impacts on the society in eighteen thematic areas. The major focus of this program is to transform communities in socially developed society by taking initiatives in education, health and hygiene and economic empowerment spheres. In this regard, the community would be mobilized and trained for social development on self-help, self-reliant and self-sustained basis.

To improve the primary health care facilities of people through knowledge, awareness-raising, and developing liaison of communities with health institutions”
